



My Yoga
I practise and teach Vinyasa Flow yoga, I also have a love for Yin Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is a series of yoga postures, or asanas, put together into a flow sequence. So, the idea is you seamlessly flow out of one position into another whilst inhaling and exhaling, synchronising your breath and movement in a conscious way that enhances both physical and mental wellbeing.
I love Vinyasa Yoga because it makes me feel so “in the moment” allowing me to set my intensions and truly be present allowing time for me. If you’ve practiced Vinyasa you will know exactly what I mean, if you have not just yet, i am very excited for you. Sequences are all different, no set routines, vinyasa yoga mixes it up so no chance to get bored with the same old routinues and positions, the variation of poses movement and strength blend perfectly. Making time for you is so important.
The benefits of Vinyasa yoga are many. Being more fast-paced than other yogas, it’s a great way to increase cardiovascular health and build endurance, increase your flexibility and even
build some strength. Vinyasa also helps to get you out of your mind and into your body to find presence - something we all need more of in our crazy busy lives!
